Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate individual who is excited to make a difference in children's lives. We are engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. We are looking for a candidate who is just as excited about coaching our youngest group (2-3 year olds) as they are our oldest group (6-8 year olds)

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Passion for soccer and positively impacting young players
- Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License or State ID
- High School Diploma
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Soccer experience not required!
HOURS:
Saturdays 8:00am-1pm, Sundays 8:00am-1pm Must be available both days. More hours may be available.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Safely manage a class of up to 12 children.
- Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
- Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
- Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
- Go home knowing you made a difference

- You will receive a weekly summary of what your child is learning at Soccer Shots.

Expert-approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards
- Our developmentally appropriate curriculum places an emphasis on character development and skill building.
- Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches.
- We constantly re-evaluate and update our curriculum to stay current with childhood education standards.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

- Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
- Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
- Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
- Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
